      元肉枸杞炖鸡  将母鸡洗净,掏空腹腔,放入食养家元肉30克、食养家枸杞50克,隔水蒸熟后,分次吃完。有补血、养肝、安神的作用,用于阴血不足所致心悸、失眠、健忘等。
